Stakeholder Interviews

We interview the business shareholders, including the owners and their heirs, along with other key stakeholders, such as senior management and the Company's professional advisors. Our objectives in this process is to identify the goals, expectations, opportunities and threats to the company and the owner's family as perceived by these individuals, and to explore their hopes and aspirations.

As a result, we are in a better position to help develop a transition and succession plan that will better meet the needs and expectations of the key stakeholders.
